view of pool area from room is very good. room is well appointed and beds comfy; heat/cool worked perfectly without excess noise. could not hear noise from hallway or thru walls etc around us.

Our stay was wonderful! We enjoy our balcony and the beautiful pool area. The two restaurants on site were also nice. Our only issue was that the toilet chain fell off, and my husband had to fix it and the heaters made loud noice, but we were able to just turn it off with the room staying at a comfortable temperature. The front desk was very kind and offered us a discount.

It was very clean and good value for what I paid. The staff were also friendly and professional, especially the lovely Filipina woman with long, wavy hair (I forgot her name, but she was very helpful and friendly). I would definitely stay here again for a similar price.

We have stayed there four times now, and each time has been excellent. This time has been the first time since 2012! The hotel has changed a little bit, but it still feels like we have come home. It's that good! Yes, people will disagree with us, but we loved it - again!!

The hotel is located near grocery store, restaurants ( KFC and McDonald's are 4 minutes walking). Grocery store is 5 minutes drive. The hotel itself has two great restaurants- Danny's and Chop ( steakhouse). Best buy is about 5 minute walk so is pet store. We rented a car but I am pretty sure bus stop to Edmonton Mall ( Google maps says 18 minutes ride) is near hotel. Our room had balcony, kitchenette with stove top, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer.

I booked my stay here due to an environmental issue at my home apartment. The room I originally booked was small and rather plain, so I called guest services to inquire about a bigger room and they upgraded myself and my wife to a king suite for free. Thank-you! The new suite was spacious and clean with the only issue being were some footprint stains in the carpet from someone's muddy work boots which didn't clean up, but it was a minor detail really. The staff was friendly and accommodating. There's plenty of shopping and restaurants close by.

The location was great for access to West Edmonton Mall. The mall and many other shops and restaurants are within Walking distance. I am also a huge fan of Denny’s.

Great location. Great views. Great rooms. The best thing is that the AC unit is controlled on the ac rather than the thermostat. Hope they never change this
